Objectives
The aim of the course is to develop your academic writing skills through a semester-long research activity including reading relevant literature, planning a research, collecting data, and writing a research paper.

Contents
In this course, you will conduct a survey research based on the topic of your choice. In the process of research activity, you will engage in various language & research activities--literature review, planning a research, developing a survey, collecting and analyzing data, and writing up a report of your research.
The course is taught primarily in English and students are expected to use English at all times. As such, students need to have basic English communication skills before enrolling.
