b) Students will be able to apply their knowledge of statistics as an analytical tool for research.

Course
Contents
In the increasingly IT-based society, the knowledge of statistics has become important and useful. This course is designed to help students understand the basics of statistics and apply their knowledge in their research. This online course consists of lectures and class discussions, in which students are expected to actively participate. This course may include several exercises that require a computer. We will mainly use Microsoft Excel, and other software is not required. The order of topics may be adjusted to maximize learning outcomes.
