Objectives
This course is open for all the students who are enthusiastic to grow and develop own leadership skills. (No pre-requisite courses are set for taking GL301.)

The objective of this course for those who have learned leadership in other Rikkyo-GLP course(s) is to demonstrate leadership overseas by putting what they have learned in Rikkyo-GLP into practice. After international experience, you will have chances to review and reflect on your uniqueness and effectiveness of own leadership and to develop a growth strategy/plan for your own future.

As learning, you can foster own leadership skills further by having rich experience to demonstrate your leadership in real global society. It will become your leadership journey in real global society. Also, you can build more learning by taking other Rikkyo-GLP courses in the future.
