Course Objectives
The goal of this lecture is for students to discover their own tasks in becoming teachers in the future, and to overcome these tasks by reinforcing their knowledge and skills related to these tasks.
Course Contents
This lecture will mainly deal with the following issues.
(1) A sense of mission, responsibility, and educational love required of a teacher
(2) Social skills and interpersonal skills required of a teacher
(3) Understanding of children and classroom management required of a teacher
(4) Teaching skills in subjects and other areas required of a teacher.
The above will be addressed through role-playing, case studies, exchange of opinions with guest speakers, and group work.

授業の目標 / Course Objectives
この科目は、受講生が、将来、教員になる上で自己にとって何が課題であるかを自覚し、その課題の箇所についての知識や技能を補い、定着を図ることを目標とする。

授業の内容 / Course Contents
本講義では、主に次の事項について取り扱うものとする。
①教員として求められる使命感や責任感、教育的愛情等に関する事項
②教員として求められる社会性や対人関係能力に関する事項
③教員として求められる児童理解や学級経営等に関する事項
④教員として求められる教科等の指導力に関する事項
以上については、適宜、ロールプレイング、事例研究、ゲストスピーカーとの意見交換、グループワーク、などに取り組む。

●本授業は教職に就くために必須の科目である。教育実習等止むを得ない事情以外の欠席及び遅刻はしないよう特に留意すること。なお、教育実習期間と本科目の授業日程が重なった場合は、必ず大学で定められた形式で事前に届け出ること。教育実習による欠席者に対しては補講等で対応する。
また、やむを得ず欠席した場合、その回の内容を情報収集し、対応をとること。
●外部講師の都合で内容の順番が入れ替わったり変更したりすることがある。オリエンテーションで伝達する。
