Course Objectives

Career guidance and counseling for students are closely linked in schools. Regarding the nature of this relationship, students will aim to fundamentally grasp the issue of student comprehension along with understanding the modernization of social and educational systems. Based on that, in addition to understanding the daily issues of career guidance and counseling, students will consider ways of handling these, and acquire practical methods for becoming teachers who can provide guidance with a long-term perspective.

Course Contents

From socialization problems to delinquency and problematic behavior, the range of counseling is broad. Among the history and present of educational issues, what practices have been thought of regarding how to handle career guidance and counseling?
