Course Objectives
Students will understand purpose and implication of business strategies in corporations. They will also understand and use analysis frameworks, which are prerequisites for business-environment analysis. By doing this, students will acquire skill to accurately extract corporates issues from management perspective.
Course Contents
In early lectures, students will understand frameworks used to determine business strategies in corporations. After that, with the understandings of analysis basics, students will learn about qualitative management analysis tool such as SWOT, 3C and 5Forces while studying about application examples. To finish, students will work on case studies using listed companies as materials to acquire the image for practical application.

授業の目標 / Course Objectives
学生が企業における事業戦略の目的や意味合いを理解し，その前提となる事業環境の洞察に必要な分析フレームワークの理解と活用を通じて，経営目線から企業の抱える課題を的確に抽出するスキル習得を目標とする。

授業の内容 / Course Contents
冒頭の講義で，企業における事業戦略策定の枠組みを理解する。その後は分析の基礎となる思考力についての理解を踏まえ，SWOTや3C，5Forcesなど定性面からの経営分析ツールを活用事例とともに学ぶ。仕上げとして，上場企業を題材としたケーススタディに取り組むことで，それらツールの実践的な活用イメージを習得する。
In early lectures, students will understand frameworks used to determine business strategies in corporations.
