Course Objectives
Students will acquire essential knowledge in financial analyses in relationships with corporate activities and business strategies to understand thoroughly corporate management subjects also from financial perspective. Students will aim to acquire skills applicable in these analyses.
Course Contents
Students will learn techniques to analyze and evaluate corporate managements by approaching them through financial numbers. Students will understand implications of systems and major subjects such as profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets and statement of cash flows from perspective of managements and business activities. At the same time, students will work on the case study about listed companies for financial analyses. They will learn hands-on how to read financial indicators and their relationships with corporate activities.

授業の目標 / Course Objectives
学生が企業の経営課題を財務面からも見極めることができるよう，財務分析に必要な知識を企業活動や事業戦略と関連付けて理解し、それを分析に実践できるスキル習得を目標とする。

授業の内容 / Course Contents
財務数字を入口に，企業経営の状況を分析・評価する技法を学ぶ。損益計算書，貸借対照表、キャッシュフロー計算書各々の体系と主要項目について，経営や事業活動の側から見た意味合いを理解するとともに，上場企業を題材とした財務分析ケースに取り組むことで，財務指標の読み解き方や企業活動との関連を肌感覚として養う。
