Course Objectives

In Special Lecture on Business Analysis 2, students will look into methods used to analyze current states of individual capitals from social economics perspective. Modern mega corporations promote restructuring, diversifying, and multi-nationalizing themselves to accumulate retained earnings. Therefore, in addition to analyzing these corporate trends, students will also research the way corporations should go to for people in this chaotic modern society.

Course Contents

In addition to the analysis that uses simple data such as productivity analysis in mega corporations, students will also look into methods that utilize the various data including consolidated data and segment information to analyze diversifying and globalizing corporate trends.
Furthermore, students will conduct applied researches to filter out large reserve of retained earnings in mega corporations and to analyze their current states.
Students will study and research what can be read about corporation from their cash flow data, their employee status and corporate social responsibilities, new indicators and their issues.
