This course (1) develops the knowledge and understanding of current issues in global Christianity, (2) explores the relationship between contemporary society and Christianity from the ecumenical perspective, and (3) discusses concrete ways to fulfill Christian social responsibilities.
In this course, we will read and review texts essential to exploring contemporary society and Christianity from an ecumenical perspective. Based on reading, we will share relevant information, promote lively discussion, and consider and examine the latest news in world Christianity as appropriate to our readings. Based on the number of students, the course will provide an opportunity to summarize portions of the texts, suggest points for further discussion, and present reflections.

この演習は、（1）世界キリスト教における今日的な諸課題についての基礎的な知識・理解を得ること、（2）エキュメニカルな視座から現代社会とキリスト教の関係性について探求すること、（3）キリスト者としての社会的責任を果たす具体的方法について議論を深めることを目標とします。
This course (1) develops the knowledge and understanding of current issues in global Christianity, (2) explores the relationship between contemporary society and Christianity from the ecumenical perspective, and (3) discusses concrete ways to fulfill Christian social responsibilities.
この演習では、現代社会とキリスト教をエキュメニカルな視点から探求するために不可欠なテキストを講読し、検討していきます。テキストに基づいて、関連する情報の共有、活発な議論の促進、世界のキリスト教に関する最新ニュースの考察・検討を行います。また、受講者の人数に応じて、テキストの一部を要約したり、さらなる議論のためのポイントを提案したり、考察を発表したりする機会を設けます。
In this course, we will read and review texts essential to exploring contemporary society and Christianity from an ecumenical perspective.
