Students will experience the processes for advancing individual research in modern Western (surveying related literature written in English).
In each session, this course will focus on the learning of literature survey about modern Western history, particularly how to find, access, and read academic papers written in English. Thorough these programs, students will develop the basic skills of historical research.

西洋近代史の個別研究を進めていく諸過程（英語文献の利用・読解など）を体験する。
Students will experience the processes for advancing individual research in modern Western (surveying related literature written in English).
英語文献のサーヴェイの手法をとりあげる。特に文献の検索, 入手, 読解について学び, 基礎的な調査能力を滋養する。
