Deepen your understanding of the An Lushan Rebellion, an event that influenced the whole of East Asia. Be able to grasp history from multiple perspectives using historical materials from various perspectives, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean sources. Acquire a way of looking at history that is not limited to the history of a single country.
This lecture deals with the An Lushan Rebellion, which brought about the decline of the Tang Dynasty, which was at the height of its power in the mid-8th century, and had a major impact on Asia. Although it is a well-known event, not much is known about the details of the rebellion, but it will be approached as a broad-based world history that takes into account not only Chinese history, but also Japanese, Korean, and Central Asian history, and its position in world history will be explored.

安史の乱という東アジア全体に影響を及ぼした出来事について理解を深める。中国史料・日本史料・朝鮮史料など様々な観点の史料から多角的に歴史を捉えることができるようにする。一国史に囚われない歴史の見方を身に付ける。

八世紀半ばに最盛期にあった唐を衰退させアジアにも大きな影響を与えた安史の乱について取り扱う。著名な出来事である一方、詳細についてはあまりよく知られていない乱について、中国史のみならず日本史・朝鮮史・中央アジア史などをふまえた広域的な世界の歴史としてアプローチし、世界史的な位置づけを探る。
