Aiming to take things from various perspectives, students will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others through an overview of counseling using active learning techniques.
Through role-playing and case studies, students will deepen their understanding of themselves and others while learning practically about various theories and basic techniques of counseling. Through group discussion (experience-based learning), students deepen their understanding and awareness of themselves and others. Students will fill out a reaction paper during each class, which will lead to the creation of two reports to be submitted in the second half of the semester. Counseling can be said to be an exploration of questions that have no correct answer, but listening is more important than anything else. Try to organize your thoughts by verbalizing them and try to learn from the opinions of others.

様々なカウンセリング理論の概要を学びながらワークに取り組むことで，自己理解と他者理解を深め多角的な視点で物事を捉えることを目標とする。

カウンセリングの諸理論の概論と基礎的な技法をロールプレイや事例を通して学ぶことで,自己理解と他者理解を深めつつ実践的に学ぶことを目指す。グループディスカッション（体験型学習）により，自己や他者に対する理解や気づきを深める。各回の授業時にリアクションペーパーに記入し，学期の後半に提出する２つのレポートの作成につなげる。カウンセリングは正解のない問いの探求とも言えるが，何より聴くことが重要である。言語化により思考を整理することや，他者の意見から学ぶ姿勢を心がけることとする。

| 欠席４回以上の場合は成績評価の対象としない。 遅刻を３回した場合には欠席１回とみなす。遅刻した回はリアクションペーパーの点数を１点減点する（交通機関の遅延などやむを得ない事情があれば別）。毎回提出するリアクションペーパーにより出席を確認する。体験型学習が中心となるため，授業に出席しワークシートやロールプレイング，ディスカッションにより理解と思考を深めることを重視する。なお，グループワークの進行状況などにより授業の予定が多少前後する場合がある。 | ||

| 授業の際に適宜紹介する。 | |||||
少人数（４～５名程度）のグループで，ディスカッションやワークをしてもらう。授業やグループでの議論に積極的に参加することが望まれる。
教材を確認したりレポートをオンラインを介して提出したりしてもらうため，PCが必要になる。
• ワークシートやグループワーク（２-４人程度のグループ：ロールプレイングやディスカッション）による体験型学習を行うことを通じて，自己や他者への気づきと思考を深めることとする。
• 講義は講師が作成する資料を中心に進める。毎回の講義内容はCanvas LMSにも掲示する。初回から段階的に学習を進めるため，欠席した講義はCanvas LMSを確認した上で参加することを推奨する。
• 提出されたリアクションペーパーについては次回以降の授業にフィードバックを行う。期末レポートについては，Canvas LMS上でフィードバックする(予定）。
