This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to reflect on their teaching practice and various experiences gained during their internship at elementary schools. Furthermore, it aims to deepen their understanding of the social significance of school education and the teaching profession.
The objectives of this course are as follows:
(1) To be able to explain key concepts essential for designing educational practices as an elementary school teacher.
(2) To read and critically examine prior research on contemporary educational issues in Japan.
(3) To consider one's own educational practices and views on education.
This course involves reflecting on teaching experiences and examining the significance and role of school education. Students will read existing research on contemporary educational issues in Japan, conduct investigations, and engage in discussions. Presentations and discussions on these topics will be held during class sessions.

教育実習での経験と大学4年間で学び得た理論とを結びつけて考察しようとする姿勢が求められる。
レジュメ作成および発表にあたってはPCが必要となる。
・ゲストスピーカーの都合に応じて授業の順番を入れ替えることがある。
・指定した文献や映像資料を事前に通読・視聴したうえで授業に出席することを原則とする。
本科目は、小学校における教育実習での授業実践や様々な経験を振り返るとともに、学校教育や教職の社会的意義について理解することを目的とする。
本科目の目標は以下のとおりである。
（１）教師として教育実践を構想するうえで、重要な概念について説明できる。
（２）現代日本における教育問題について、先行研究を読み、考察する。
（３）受講者自身の教育実践や教育観を問い直す。

本科目では、教育実習の振り返りを行うとともに、学校教育の意義と役割について考察する。現代日本における教育問題について先行研究を読み、調査を行い、議論を行う。授業内でその内容についてのプレゼンテーションや議論を行う。
