The course will overview sustainable development goals, their political backgrounds, and education for sustainable development, as well as philosophical thoughts behind the idea and their impacts on international politics and economy. Successful students will be able to critically consider domestic and international activities toward SDGs.
Following the outline of SDGs, educational activities toward sustainable development and humanistarian aids will be presented as well as environmental ethics and philosophy of technology. Each class meeting will assign a reaction paper.

リアクションペーパーは授業内時間限定でCanvas LMSで提出する回と紙で提出する回があります．毎回スマートフォンまたはPCと、筆記用具を持参してください．
ワークシートの配布は授業後になります．授業中は講義は聞くだけではなく、ノートをしっかりとること。またアクティビティが課される回には積極的に取り組むこと．
SDGsとはなにか、概略を学ぶとともに、実現のための教育の試みについて、概要を知る．また国際政治との関連について現状を学ぶ．さらに背景となる哲学・倫理思想が国際政治経済の観点からSDGsに与える影響を考察する．受講後の目標は国内外における活動・取り組みの例を批判的に考察できることである．

SDGs概説に続き、持続可能な開発のための教育の試みの例および人道支援の実態を学ぶ．また、環境倫理・環境哲学および先端科学技術と環境のかかわりについて学ぶ．毎回の授業ごとに振り返りを小レポートにまとめて提出する．
