The aim is to learn about the city of Paris, the centre of French culture, from various historical, cultural and economic perspectives.
The student will learn the main places and buildings in Paris through the pictures by Eugène Atget, movies such as "Zazie in the Metro", "Time Travel in Paris with Dilili", and paintings by Renoir and Utrillo, and in novels by Hugo, Balzac and Maupassant. The students consider the diversity of France, being aware of its historical and social background, and paying attention not only to its landmarks but also to its unknown aspects.

フランス文化の中心であるパリの街について、歴史・文化・経済などさまざまな視点から学ぶことを目標とする。
The aim is to learn about the city of Paris, the centre of French culture, from various historical, cultural and economic perspectives.
ウージェヌ・アッジェをはじめとする写真、『地下鉄のザジ』、アニメ『ディリリとパリの時間旅行』などの映画、ルノワールやユトリロなどの絵画、ユゴー、バルザック、モーパッサンなどの小説に描かれるパリの主要な場所や建造物を知る機会にしたい。その際に歴史や社会的な背景についても意識しながら、名所だけでなく、知られざる側面についても目配りし、フランスの多様性を考えてみたい。
