Through reading and comprehending sharebon, students will grasp the characteristics of Gesaku-bungei, learn methods for document research and literary study, and deepen their understanding of the culture and customs of the time.
We will reading in turns "Kokeinosanshou". Each time, a presenter is selected and a Q&A session is held. The presenter will provide necessary definitions and conduct research into sources and the culture and customs of the time.

洒落本の読解を通して、近世戯作文芸の特徴を把握し、文献調査・作品研究の方法を習得し、当時の文化や風俗についての理解を深める。

洒落本『古契三娼』（山東京伝作、天明七〈1787〉刊）を輪読形式で精読する。毎回発表担当者を決めて発表と質疑を行う。当該作品は『新編日本古典文学全集80 洒落本 滑稽本 人情本』小学館（2000）などに注釈が備わるが、それらを参観しながら、さらに精度の高い注釈を付すことを目指す。発表者は必要な語釈を施し、典拠や当時の遊廓における習俗等の調査を行う。
