The goal of this course consists in particular to have knowledge on basic concepts of "Contemporary thoughts. "Contemporary thoughts" concern not only philosophers of "French theory" such as Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze or Jacques Derrida, but include also important insights to reconsider our actual life like gender, technology, politics, ethics, religions, literature and so on.
We will read some texts of contemporary thoughts philosophy together and share basic discussions. In the first half of the semester, we will choose some basis texts according to the interest of participants ; and in the second half, we move on to more essential texts on each issue.

専門的な知識はまだなくても大丈夫です（授業を通じて培っていただきます）。知識よりは、（哲学それ自体出なくとも）扱われるテーマに関する関心があることが重要です。
「哲学概論」、「哲学への扉」、「哲学対話 in Rikkyo」をすでに履修しているか、並行して履修することが望ましいです。
PC等はご用意ください。
この授業では、「現代思想」に関する見取り図およびそれを得るための技法を身に着けることを目標にします。「現代思想」は、哲学者の名前としてはフーコー、ドゥルーズ、デリダといった現代フランスの哲学者たちが挙げられますが、それだけにとどまりません。主題としても、ジェンダー、テクノロジー、政治、倫理、宗教、文学、食、動植物、ケアなど多岐にわたります。授業全体を通じて「現代思想」では何がどう問題となっているのか、それを探るにはどのようにすればよいのかを検討します。

授業は基本的に講読形式をとります。前半は、現代思想のなかで履修者に関心のある分野の基本文献（新書などの入門書）を輪読します。後半はそこからさらに発展させ当該分野の哲学書を実際に数冊読みます。
以下の授業計画はあくまで予定です。出席者の関心に合わせてテクストを選択する場合もあります。
