The objectives of this course are to
・be able to explain the fundamentals of Chinese philosophy,
・be able to understand the ideas characteristic of Chinese philosophy and to be able to apply them to thinking about philosophical problems in a broad sense.
The text to be used in this semester will provide a section-by-section explanation of the various aspects of Chinese philosophy. In the lectures, the contents of the text will be explained in relation to the history of Chinese philosophy in order to deepen understanding. Important topics will also be discussed in terms of the possibilities of philosophical thinking that can be developed from them.

高校で学習する程度の世界史（あるいは日本史）の知識があれば役立つが、必須とはしない。
資料の掲示、予習課題等にCanvas LMSを用いる予定。
また、教室でCanvas LMS掲載資料を参照する可能性もあるため、PCの持参を推奨する。
出席確認は第１回から行う（登録変更による未参加は考慮する）。
この授業の目標は以下のとおり。
・中国哲学の基礎的な知識について説明できること。
・中国哲学に特徴的な発想を理解し、広い意味での哲学的問題の思考に適用できること。
The objectives of this course are to

今学期採用するテキストでは、中国哲学にかかわる諸側面について部門別の説明がなされている。講義ではテキストの内容について、中国哲学史とも適宜関連させながら理解を深められるよう説明する。重要なトピックについては、それを手がかりとしてどのような哲学的思考が展開できるかという可能性についてもあわせて考察する。
