This course examines the full spectrum of business activities, from research and development (R&D) to product development and market expansion. It focuses on the critical role of business models, organizational management, and management strategy in successfully driving innovation.

技術の研究開発に始まり、製品開発や市場開拓に至る一連の事業活動において、ビジネスモデルの役割や組織管理などの経営戦略等が、イノベーションを成功に導く上でいかに重要かを学習する。
