In this course, we aim to understand how management control are used in business management, and to acquire knowledge that is useful in practice.
The purpose of this course is to provide students with an understanding of management control based on practical examples. In each lecture, students will be assigned a designated book, and the group in charge will make a presentation. This will be followed by a question and answer session to deepen students' understanding of the content of the presentation. The students will then decide on a research theme based on their knowledge of management control and report on their research.
In addition, two to three lectures by guest speakers are scheduled to deepen understanding of the effectiveness and issues of management control systems and to acquire knowledge for practical application.

・講義内で補足説明を適宜行っていくが，1年次に履修した「会計学入門」レベルの知識があった方が理解は早いと思われる。
・管理会計論を履修しておくと理解が高まると思われる。
・受講者の人数や意欲によっては外部の研究報告会（アカウンティングコンペティション：http://accocom.com/）への参加を目指す。その場合は講義計画を変更する可能性がある。
・講義時間以外にも資料収集，データ収集・分析，資料作成のための時間が発生することに留意して受講すること。特にアカウンティングコンペティションに参加する場合には，上記の活動のために多くの時間を要すことになる。
・ゲストスピーカーによる講義を2回～3回予定しています。それにともなって，全体のスケジュールも変更になる可能性があります。初回の講義時に，この点を含めた詳しい内容について説明します。
本演習では，企業経営の実務において，マネジメント・コントロールがどのように活用されているのかについて理解し，実務上での役立ちが大きい知識習得を目指す。

本演習では，マネジメント・コントロール・システムについて，実務上の事例をもとに理解していくことを目的とする。毎回の講義ごとに指定図書の担当を割振り，担当者がプレゼンを実施する。その後，当該プレゼン内容について質疑応答を実施して，理解の深化を図る。そのうえで，マネジメント・コントロールの知見をもとに研究テーマを決定し，研究報告を実施する。
この他，ゲストスピーカーによる講義を2回～3回予定し，マネジメント・コントロールの有効性や課題に対する理解を深め，実務に応用するための知見の獲得を目指す。
