【Course Objectives】

This is a course focusing on corporate finance, one of the five main areas of finance, along with investments, financial
institutions, international finance, and Fintech. The course discusses the fundamentals of corporate finance, including
an overview of corporate finance, financial statements, time value of money, and valuation principles.

【Course Contents】

Students will learn the fundamentals of corporate finance and how to measure corporate valuation. Active learning will be adopted. In class, students will be actively asked questions and will engage in several case study analyses, so a proactive attitude is expected.

Students shall assume that several homework/assignment will be given. This is a part of the "Homework Assignments" evaluation (20%). Students are also expected to read the relevant materials before each class.
