The aim of this course is to understand how cost accounting and management accounting are used in business management practice and to acquire knowledge that is useful in practice.
The aim of this course is to gain an understanding of cost accounting and management accounting based on practical examples. The assigned book is assigned for each lecture, and the person (group) in charge gives a presentation. A question-and-answer session is then held on the content of the presentation to deepen understanding. The students then form groups and give group presentations on management accounting. In addition, workshops are held with practitioners to discuss the significance and challenges of management accounting and to acquire further knowledge.

本演習では，企業経営の実務において，原価計算と管理会計がどのように活用されているのかについて理解し，実務上での役立ちが大きい知識習得を目指す。
The aim of this course is to understand how cost accounting and management accounting are used in business management practice and to acquire knowledge that is useful in practice.
本演習では，原価計算と管理会計について，実務上の事例をもとに理解していくことを目的とする。毎回の講義ごとに指定図書の担当を割振り，担当者（グループ）がプレゼンを実施する。その後，当該プレゼン内容について質疑応答を実施して，理解の深化を図る。そのうえで，受講生でグループを形成し，管理会計に関わるグループ報告を行う。さらに，実務家とのワークショップを開催し，管理会計の意義や課題について議論をし，さらなる知識の習得を図る。
