The aim of this exercise is to understand how management control systems, in which management accounting plays a central role, are used in business practice and to acquire knowledge that is highly useful in practice.
The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of management control systems based on practical examples. In each lecture, students will be assigned a specific book and the group in charge will give a presentation. This is followed by a question and answer session to deepen the student's understanding of the content of the presentation.
In addition, two to three workshops by guest speakers are planned to deepen the understanding of the effectiveness and issues of management control systems and to acquire knowledge for practical application.

本演習では，企業経営の実務において，管理会計が中核を担うマネジメント・コントロール・システムがどのように活用されているのかについて理解し，実務上での役立ちが大きい知識習得を目指す。
The aim of this exercise is to understand how management control systems, in which management accounting plays a central role, are used in business practice and to acquire knowledge that is highly useful in practice.
本演習では，マネジメント・コントロール・システムについて，実務上の事例をもとに理解していくことを目的とする。毎回の講義ごとに指定図書の担当を割振り，担当者がプレゼンを実施する。その後，当該プレゼン内容について質疑応答を実施して，理解の深化を図る。
この他，ゲストスピーカーによるワークショップを2回～3回予定し，マネジメント・コントロール・システムの有効性や課題に対する理解を深め，実務に応用するための知見の獲得を目指す。

・講義内で補足説明を適宜行っていくが，1年次に履修した「会計学入門」レベルの知識があった方が理解は早いと思われる。
・管理会計論を履修しておくと理解が高まると思われる。
・ゲストスピーカーによるワークショップを2回～3回予定している。それにともなって，全体のスケジュールも変更になる可能性がある。初回の講義時に，この点を含めた詳しい内容について説明する。
・学生の学習状況をみて，財務会計や財務諸表分析，経営学に関わる内容も取り入れることを検討している。
・教員の研究テーマに関連した題材を講義内で扱い，学生と共に研究を進展させることを検討している。
