This seminar is an introduction to DCF based financial valuation of a company.
The seminar begins with a review of the cost of capital especially in the context of the CAPM and WACC. We will then cover free cash flows and enterprise valuation. Most of the seminar will be devoted to presentations and research. Students may elect to work individually or as a team.
