In this seminar, students who already have some level of accounting knowledge will increase their knowledge and skills in the analysis of corporate sustainability information. It is beneficial for the students to learn about global disclosure trend by carefully reading the textbooks that take into account the latest practical trends. As one of the points of achievement, students should be able to acquire at least the level of knowledge required for the "Sustainability Certification Test" started by Kinzai Institute for Financial Affairs.
This seminar primarily consists of discussing texts on corporate disclosure of sustainability information. In groups, students will summarize and report the context of the text, then the instructor and other students will engage them with many questions and have multiple discussions. In the final stages of the lectures, students will each use what they have learned to make group presentations. Technical terms related to financial accounting will be explained as needed.

本演習は、ある程度の会計知識があることを前提に、企業のサステナビリティ情報開示の分析に関する知識及びスキルを高めていく。最新の実務的動向をふまえたテキストを精読し、大学生のうちからグローバルな実務動向を学ぶことは有益である。また学びの到達点の一つとして、金融財政事情研究会が始めた「サステナビリティ検定」レベルの知識は最低限身に付けられるようにしたい。

本演習は、企業のサステナビリティ情報開示に関するテキストをベースにディスカッションを重ねる。割り当てられた学生（グループ）はテキストの内容をまとめて報告し、それに対して教員や別の学生が質問をぶつけて議論を重ねていく。講義の終盤には、各自がそれまで学んだことを生かして、グループプレゼンテーションを行う。財務会計に関する専門用語は、必要があれば、その都度解説する。

報告を割り当てられた学生のみならず、全ての学生が講義前にテキストの該当箇所を読んでくることが期待される。また、指定した企業活動の社会的インパクトの評価・分析に関するグループプレゼンをしてもらう予定である。様々な情報を収集してターゲット企業を評価するのは、極めて実践的で実りあるワークとなるだろう。
