The aim of this exercise is to understand how management control systems, in which management accounting plays a central role, are used in business practice and to acquire knowledge that is highly useful in practice.
This course will investigate management accounting and management control systems. Students will conduct research to explore how these systems can be applied in practice and contribute to society, culminating in a research presentation and a research article.

・管理会計論を履修しておくと理解が高まると思われる。
・ゲストスピーカーによるワークショップを2回～3回予定している。それにともなって，全体のスケジュールも変更になる可能性がある。初回の講義時に，この点を含めた詳しい内容について説明する。
・学生の学習状況をみて，財務会計や財務諸表分析，経営学に関わる内容も取り入れることを検討している。
・教員の研究テーマに関連した題材を講義内で扱い，学生と共に研究を進展させることを検討している。
本演習では，企業経営の実務において，管理会計が中核を担うマネジメント・コントロール・システムがどのように活用されているのかについて理解し，実務上での役立ちが大きい知識習得を目指す。

本演習では，管理会計・マネジメント・コントロール・システムを研究対象とし，実務・社会においてどのようにそれらが役立ちうるのか，研究成果としてまとめていく。
