Knowledge is the most meaningful management resource. Knowledge creation theory presents the way to create new knowledge. Knowledge creation theory is founded in the liberal arts such as philosophy and psychology. It consists the basis for management strategy, organization and human resource strategy, international business, marketing, and innovation, and even inclides leadership for its implementation. Its targets include for-profit large, mediam and small enterprise, family businesses, non-profit organizations, government, local communities, and other diverse stakeholders which forms the ecosystem.
Based on such context, the goal of this seminar is to approach the current issues and future possibilities of domestic and international management by using knowledge creation theory, and to be able to create new value by setting and solving problems and innovating on their own.
The forth year Seminar is positioned as the "Ri" stage of the "Shu, Ha, Ri" process. The goal is to prepare for writing thesis by deepening the understanding and practice of knowledge creation theory and conducting research on theory and case studies and/or to develop new business ideas.
The aim is to realize a better society and future by making this seminar a "ba" for knowledge creation, where each seminar student will create new values and innovate by unleashing their unlimited potential to flourish.
Therefore, in the spring semester of the fourth year, students will (1) learn the knowledge required to write a thesis, (2) decide on a thesis topic (research question) and start research, and (3) summarise in about 6,000 characters.
The class plan may be changed depending on the interests of the students.

授業前の準備（現場を観察・体験する、書籍や論文を読む、事例を調べる、など）と、授業後の振り返り（KPT）を行う。具体的な内容は授業ごとに指示する。
本学では 1 単位あたりの学修時間を 45 時間としている(授業時間を含む)。この点を踏まえた上で、履修者は事前学修・事後学修を行うこと。

知識創造理論に関する知的好奇心、グループワークを推進するリーダーシップ
ノートPCやタブレット端末など
知識は最も価値のある経営資源である。知識を創り出す方法を示すのが知識創造理論である。その土台は哲学や心理学などの教養である。知識創造理論の対象は、経営戦略、組織・人事戦略、国際経営、マーケティングやイノベーションなどに加えて、実践のためのリーダーシップも含む。対象は、大企業、中小企業、ファミリービジネスなどの営利ビジネスに留まらず、非営利組織や行政、地域コミュニティなどを含み、多様な関係者を生態系的にとらえる。
このような文脈に基づいて、本ゼミでは、知識創造理論を用いて国内外の経営の現在の課題や未来の可能性にアプローチし、自分で課題の設定と解決をしたり、イノベーションを起こしたりして、新たな価値の創造ができるようになることを目標とする。
4年次演習は「守破離」の「離」の段階と位置づけて、知識創造理論の理解と実践を深め、理論や事例の研究や新たなビジネスアイディアの深掘りなどを行い、卒業論文の執筆を行う。

本ゼミを知識創造の場とし、それぞれのゼミ生が無限の可能性を花開かせることにより、新たな価値を創造したりイノベーションを起こしたりするなどして、より善い社会や未来の実現を目指す。
そのため、4年次の春学期の演習では、（１）卒論を書くために必要な知識を学ぶ、（２）卒論のテーマ（リサーチクエスチョン）を決め、調査などを始める、（３）6,000字程度にまとめる、などを行う。
なお、授業計画は受講生の関心によって適宜適切に変更する。
