In this course, students will learn how to effectively drive projects using AI. Through hands-on experience, students will develop the following three competencies:
1. Problem Definition with an Original Perspective;
The ability to identify problems that truly matter, rather than relying on general or generic answers generated by AI. Specifically, students will learn to define issues based on primary information gathered through dialogue with stakeholders and firsthand research grounded in their own interests.
2. AI Literacy;
An understanding of how to utilize AI effectively in work and learning contexts, as well as an awareness of its limitations, rules, and potential risks.
3. Project Management for Advancing Challenges;
The ability to manage tasks and progress by working backward from a clear goal and systematically advancing a project toward that goal.
This course is conducted in a Project-Based Learning (PBL) format. From the first session, students will work in teams to address a management challenge presented by a client company—an open-ended question with no single correct answer.
While using AI to support information gathering and team discussions, students will learn key tips and considerations for effectively advancing their projects. Through the experience of collaboratively developing convincing and meaningful answers as a team, students will UPDATE and strengthen their leadership skills.

課題解決を通じたリーダーシップ開発に必要な各種チームディスカッション（チームビルディング、チーム課題、プレゼン準備など）および個人ワーク（活動の振り返りなど）を必要とする。
また、クライアントについて理解を深めるために授業外講座を行う予定（日時・詳細は授業内で案内する）。
本学では 1 単位あたりの学修時間を 45 時間としている(授業時間を含む)。この点を踏まえた上で、履修者は事前学修・事後学修を行うこと。

本授業では、AIを活用して「効果的に」プロジェクトを推進する。
その経験を通して、以下の3つの要素を学習する。
1. 独自の切り口による課題設定力
AIが回答する一般論ではなく、真に自分が解決したい対象の課題を特定する力
具体的には、自分の関心をもとに対象者と対話して集めた一次情報をもとに、課題を特定する力
2. AIリテラシー
仕事をするうえでのAIの活用方法や注意点の理解
3. 効果的に課題を前に進めるプロジェクト管理力
ゴールから逆算して取り組む課題と進捗を管理する力

授業はチームによるプロジェクト型学習（PBL：Project Based Learning）形式で行う。
初回に、クライアント企業から提示される経営課題という「正解のない問い」にチームで向き合う。
AIを情報収集や議論のサポートに活用しながら、効果的にプロジェクトを進めるためのヒントや留意点を学ぶ。
「正解がない問い」に対してチームとして納得感のある答えをつくる経験を通して、一人ひとりのリーダーシップをUPDATEする。
