Notes

【Course Objectives】

This course aims to cultivate practical leadership and problem-solving skills through tackling real-world challenges, while empowering students to act proactively and drive initiatives by leveraging their strengths. Students will engage in a process of discovering and practicing their unique leadership style by incorporating diverse perspectives.

【Course Contents】

This course is the final program of the Business Leadership Program (BLP), designed to support the transition from student to professional. The course is designed with a focus on pursuing as much "realism" and "practicality" as possible.

Course Features:
-Diversity
Students will work in diverse teams across different departments and academic years, tackling themes presented by client companies. By encountering different perspectives and values, students will learn how to utilize diversity in team building.
-Self-direction
The course emphasizes creating hypotheses and experimenting to solve problems that have no clear answers. Students are encouraged to act proactively and develop into individuals who are not afraid of inefficiencies or failures.
-Passion
The course emphasizes expressing the "commitments" and "passions" that come from within, and using them as the driving force to tackle challenges.
The process of creating value with diverse members within a limited timeframe is not easy. However, the key is not to give up because something is difficult, but to approach the challenge with a mindset of enjoying the difficulties and learning through trial and error.

In BL4, students will experience practical work approaches through project-based learning (PBL). Additionally, various members, including multiple instructors, staff, and client companies, will support students' growth. The real-time feedback directly from business leaders actively working in the field will not only be valuable for gaining practical skills but will also provide an invaluable opportunity for personal growth.
