This course aims to help students acquire the perspectives and practical skills necessary for leadership to maximize organizational (team) results. Specifically, the course aims to achieve the following three goals:
(1)Fostering Organizational Culture: Through formulating and implementing class goals, learn leadership skills to instill a desirable culture in the team.
(2)Team Building: To create a creative team environment by enhancing psychological safety.
(3)Practice of Assertion: To acquire communication skills that allow for self-expression while respecting others.
Students will learn practically about the three course objectives through a combination of lectures and exercises (workshops).
(1)Fostering Organizational Culture: Understand the impact of organizational culture on performance. Through workshops on creating and implementing class goals, students will practically learn the process and behaviors for a leader to set a vision and instill it among members.
(2)Practicing Team Environment Creation: Students will learn the characteristics of teams that enhance creativity. In particular, students will deepen their understanding of "Psychological Safety," which is key to team building, through case studies.
(3)Practice of Assertion: Students will reflect on their own communication styles and acquire "assertive" dialogue skills to build more collaborative relationships through exercises such as role-playing.

予習: 必要に応じて文献等を読み、自身の考察をまとめてくること。
実践: 授業で学んだコミュニケーション手法を日常生活や他の活動で試し、その結果を振り返ること。
本学では 1 単位あたりの学修時間を 45 時間としている(授業時間を含む)。この点を踏まえた上で、履修者は事前学修・事後学修を行うこと。

各回テーマについての知識習得だけではなく、テーマへの積極的な取り組みや実践に重きをおく授業です。授業への主体的な参加を求めます。
資料配布や課題提出にはCanvasLMSを使用しますので、PCを準備して参加ください。
クォーター制授業です。2コマ×7回で構成され、前半クラス（秋1）と後半クラス（秋2）があります。
応募多数の場合は選考を実施するため、履修がかなわない場合があります。
組織（チーム）の成果を最大化するために、リーダーとして必要な観点と実践的スキルを習得します。具体的には、以下の3点の達成を目指します。
(1)組織文化の醸成: クラス目標の策定・運用を通じ、望ましい文化をチームに浸透させるためのリーダーシップを学ぶ。
(2)チームビルディング: 心理的安全性を高め、創造的なチーム環境をつくる。
(3)アサーションの実践: 相手を尊重しつつ自己主張するコミュニケーションを身につける。

授業目標に挙げた3点について、講義と演習（ワーク）を交えて実践的に学びます。
(1)組織文化の醸成: 組織文化がパフォーマンスに与える影響を理解します。授業内では実際にクラス目標を作成・運用するワークを行い、リーダーとしてビジョンを掲げ、それをメンバーに浸透させていくプロセスと行動について実践的に学びます。
(2)チーム環境づくりの実践: 創造性を高めるチームの特性を学びます。特に、チームビルディングの鍵となる「心理的安全性（Psychological Safety）」について、事例研究を通じて理解を深めます。
(3)アサーションの実践: 自身のコミュニケーションスタイルを振り返り、より協働的な関係を築くための「アサーティブ（自他尊重）」な対話スキルを、ロールプレイング等の演習を通じて習得します。
Students will learn practically about the three course objectives through a combination of lectures and exercises (workshops).
