The aim is to acquire and practice the perspectives and skills necessary to demonstrate leadership in an organization (team).
Specifically, the following three points are aimed for.
(1) Understanding of organizational culture
(2) Practice of creating a team environment (team building)
(3) Practice of assertion
The following approaches will be taken to address the three points listed as course objectives.
(1) Understanding organizational culture
We will consider what organizational culture is and what functions it has. We will also examine the impact of leadership on organizational culture.
(2) Practicing team environment creation (team building)
Here, we will consider the characteristics of teams that enhance creativity and the nature of leadership. We will also deepen our understanding of psychological safety, which is necessary for team building, through case studies.
(3) Assertiveness practice
Participants will reflect on their own communication style and acquire skills to enable more collaborative engagement. Specifically, they will deepen their understanding of assertive communication and be able to put it into practice through exercises.

各回テーマについての知識習得だけではなく、テーマへの積極的な取り組みや実践に重きをおく授業です。授業への主体的な参加を求めます。
資料配布や課題提出にはCanvasLMSを使用しますので、PCを準備して参加ください。
クォーター制授業です。2コマ×7回で構成され、前半クラス（秋1）と後半クラス（秋2）があります。
応募多数の場合は選考を実施するため、履修がかなわない場合があります。
組織（チーム）におけるリーダーシップの発揮に必要な観点とスキルを習得、実践することを目標とする。
具体的には次の3点を目指す。

(1)組織文化の理解
組織文化とは何か、どのような機能があるのかを考える。さらに組織文化へのリーダーシップの影響を検討する。
(2)チームの環境づくりの実践（チームビルディング）
ここでは、創造性を高めるチームの特性やリーダーシップのあり方について考える。さらにチームビルディングに必要とされる心理的安全性について、事例研究を通じて理解を深める。
(3)アサーションの実践
自分自身のコミュニケーションスタイルを振り返り、より協働的なかかわりができるようスキルを習得する。具体的には、アサーティブなコミュニケーションへの理解を深め、演習を通じて実践できるようになる。
