The objective of this course is to foster advanced leadership capabilities through practical exercises. It aims to cultivate individuals capable of grasping overarching organizational goals, contributing to their realization, and promoting sustainable growth.
As this is a practical course, students will engage in the actual operation of an organization, as well as create educational programs designed to facilitate leadership development among university students. Specifically, the course fosters practical leadership skills through:
(1) The pursuit of organizational goals and the practice of team building. (2) The development and implementation of educational programs.

本授業の目的は、より発展的なリーダーシップを実習を通じて開発することにある。組織全体の目標を理解し、その目標に貢献して、持続的成長を促すことができる人材を育成する。

本授業は実習科目であるため、実際に組織の運営をすることに加え、大学生のリーダーシップ開発を促すための教育プログラムの開発を行う。具体的には、（１）組織の目標達成やチームビルディングの実践、（２）教育プログラムの開発・実践、を通して、より実践的なリーダーシップを育む。
