To study globalization led by money and finance and causes of frequent occurring of financial crises.
To study policy responses by countries coping with global financial crises, which explain rising of anti-globalism.
Globalization led by money and finance caused global financial crises which countries had to cope.with.
Anti-globalism is also rising. Can we have a system of economic policy ? Explanations will be given to policy responses to currency crises and global financial crisis.

金融主導のグローバリゼーションの進展と金融危機の中，政策対応が模索されてきた。反グローバリズムも台頭しつつある。グローバリゼーションの下で体系的な経済政策は成立しうるのか。通貨危機とグローバル金融危機を振り返りつつ，グローバル資本主義の下での政策について検討し，ポストコロナの経済政策像を探る。
