The objective of this course is that students can understand the basic contents of public and private pensions and understand the characteristics and issues of Japanese pensions system.
First, I will give an overview of the pension system and give lectures on public pension, for example, roles, contents of pension benefits, financial resources, financial methods, reforms and issues. Next, I will give lectures on corporate pensions and individual pensions, such as basic contents, characteristics, current status and issues.

学生が、公的年金と私的年金についての基本的な内容を理解し、日本の年金制度の特徴や課題を理解することができる。
The objective of this course is that students can understand the basic contents of public and private pensions and understand the characteristics and issues of Japanese pensions system.
まず、年金体系を概観し、公的年金について、例えば役割、年金給付の内容、財源、財政方式、改革と課題などを講義する。次に、私的年金（企業年金と個人年金）について、基本的な内容や特徴、現状や課題について講義する。
