Students will understand the basic concept of labor economics and acquire knowledge of terminology and theories related to labor economics.
And students will understand the current state of the Japanese labor market and think theoretically about its issues based on one's own problem consciousness.
The lecture is focus on providing students with basic academic knowledge of labor economics, and the ability to grasp the current state and issues of labor market accurately in Japan, and to think about the direction in which future solutions should be sought independently. In the lecture, specific data will be presented as necessary.

・労働経済学の基本的な考え方を理解する。
・労働経済学に関わる専門用語及び理論についての知識を習得する。
・日本の労働市場の現状を把握し、その課題について自分の問題意識を踏まえて理論的に考えられる。
Students will understand the basic concept of labor economics and acquire knowledge of terminology and theories related to labor economics.
And students will understand the current state of the Japanese labor market and think theoretically about its issues based on one's own problem consciousness.
労働経済学に関する学問的基礎知識を習得するとともに、日本における労働市場の現状や課題について正確に把握しながら、今後の解決すべき方向性について自身で考える力を養う。講義では、適宜、具体的なデータ等も踏まえつつ説明する。
