To understand the essence of different trade policies and to be able to present their own logical views on topics related to trade policy.
This lecture will cover the current state of international economic policy, with a focus on trade policy. Trade policy, which directly and/or indirectly affects imports and exports, is an important theme with contacts to a wide range of real-world topics. Not only is attention being paid to traditional topics such as tariffs and employment, but also to environmental issues and the nature of the new rules governing business rules. Current topics will be discussed in the context of theoretical findings and historical background.

To understand the essence of different trade policies and to be able to present their own logical views on topics related to trade policy.
本授業では、貿易政策を中心とした国際経済政策の現状と課題について解説する。輸出入に影響を及ぼす貿易政策は、現実のさまざまなトピックスと接点をもつ。関税や雇用といった従来のテーマに注目が集まるだけでなく、環境問題やビジネスルールを規定する新しいルールの在り方が問われている。理論的な知見と歴史的経緯を踏まえて、現在のトピックスについても解説する。
This lecture will cover the current state of international economic policy, with a focus on trade policy.
