The aim of this lecture is to learn how to use basic indicators as well as the concepts and perspectives for analyzing the state of a company using financial statements and other information.
The circumstances faced by the economy, industry, and companies has been changing greatly in recent years as companies “restructure.” What should be done to grasp the actual activities of contemporary companies under these circumstances? Are giant companies and the direction they are taking the correct form and direction for us and society? The lecture will be conducted with these perspectives in mind.

本講義では，財務諸表やその他の情報などを活用して，企業の実態を分析するための考え方・視点，基礎的な指標の活用方法などを養うことをねらいとする。

経済，産業，企業を取り巻く状況は，企業の「再構築」の中で近年大きく変化している。このような状況を踏まえながら，現代企業の現実の活動を把握するには，どうすればよいだろうか？巨大化した企業の実態と進む方向は，私たちや社会にとって正しいあり方へと向っているのだろうか？このような視点を踏まえながら講義を行っていく。
