【Course Objectives】

This course aims to learn about collecting data or materials and organizing them into a form that we can analyze through survey research.

【Course Contents】

Survey research is a process of measuring or analyzing people's behaviors and attitudes based on scientific procedures. In this course, to acquire survey research literacy, we learn the techniques and methods such as collecting data and constructing datasets for statistical analyses. Specifically, as the theoretical aspects of survey research, we understand the types of social surveys, survey planning and design, creating hypotheses, making questionnaires, survey target setting, and sample size and error in random sampling.
