This course uses case studies related to the Japanese economy, Japanese corporate management and strategy, and corporate culture. In the spring semester, students will read source materials, participate in discussions, give presentations, and write short papers. In the fall semester, students will choose a research topic, conduct research, and give presentations to prepare for further study in their senior year. This seminar emphasizes critical thinking and an analytical approach to examining issues to draw persuasive conclusions. The readings will be in both English and Japanese, and the discussions will be in Japanese.
The seminar content includes case studies on the Japanese economy, business management, strategy, and corporate culture. In the spring semester, students will read source materials, participate in discussions, give presentations, and write short papers. In the fall semester, students will choose a research topic, conduct research, and give presentations, laying the groundwork for further study in their senior year. Additionally, the seminar invites guest speakers and visits companies to connect in-class learning with the economy and business operations.

The guidelines on the use of generative AI will be published on the CANVAS page, and the use of generative AI will be closely monitored. ・ハーバード・ビジネスレビュー等の日本関連のケーススタディ（英文）を使用する。
・学習成果を考慮し、各週の学習内容を変更することがある。
企業見学等を実施する場合、先方からの求めによって氏名などの個人情報を提供することがあります。
