Management accounting systems used by managers have two objectives: to make proper decisions and to encourage organizational members to take desirable actions.In Seminar B, students will identify the problems facing organizations and society, and consider how to design and implement management accounting systems to solve them. Students will write their graduation thesis. It is recommended that students set a theme and content that includes management accounting elements.
Students give presentations on the progress of their group research. They complete the report as a graduation thesis.

企業の経営管理者が用いる管理会計システムには、正しい意思決定を行うという目的と組織成員に望ましい行動をとってもらうよう促す目的とがある。ゼミナールBでは、組織や社会が直面している問題を把握し、それを解決するための管理会計システムの設計・運用の在り方について検討した結果を卒論として完成させる。なお、管理会計的要素を含めたテーマ設定・内容を推奨する。
