For registrants in teacher-training course and students who are interested in working (and starting a business) in the information industry, we try to understand the current situation of the information industry by having a look at the process and the trend of the development of the information and communication technology. Then, we examine the relation between our society and information industry, the change of the way of value-creation caused by computerization, and the roles demanded by future information industry.
Looking widely at the information industry as industry related to hardware, software and service contents that are drastically with the spread of ICT, we study the structure and the status of them. We also study the trends of IoT and AI, and study the relation with other industries. We do not do programming in the course. Guest speakers will be invited to give talks for about two times. The class plan may be changed partially.

教職課程登録者や情報産業での就職，起業などに関心を持つ者に対して，情報通信技術の発展の経緯や動向に触れながら，情報産業の現状を理解する。次いで，情報産業と社会の関係や情報化による価値創造のあり方の変化，これからの情報産業に求められる役割を考察する。

情報産業を，ＩＣＴの普及によって大きく変化しつつあるハードウェア，ソフトウェア，サービス，コンテンツに関わる産業と広くとらえ，それらの構造と現状を知る。IoTやAI（人工知能）などの動向や，他の産業との関係についても見る。授業ではプログラミングは行わない。ゲストスピーカーによる講義を２回程度行う。なお，授業計画は部分的に変更する場合がある。
