The goal is to acquire basic knowledge about selected important themes in physics experiments, and to learn experimental techniques, knowledge, and methods for data analysis.
The first class is assigned as guidance, where a textbook is provided, and a general schedule is explained. Important notes and guideline for writing a report on experiments are also explained.
A dedicated notebook for experiments is provided and students should use it for this experiment course. Before starting an experiment, students should understand the goal and the contents of the experiment by carefully reading the textbook. For the safety reason, students should follow the instruction given by the teacher. Students should bring section papers, and a laptop computer with them, which will be required in some experiments for quick look analysis including error estimation.

物理学実験として、選定した重要なテーマの基礎知識と実験手法，実験に対する素養、およびデータの扱い方を習得することを目的とする。
The goal is to acquire basic knowledge about selected important themes in physics experiments, and to learn experimental techniques, knowledge, and methods for data analysis.
初回にガイダンスを行う。ガイダンスでは，実験テキスト・スケジュール表などを配付し，実験を行うにあたっての注意事項やレポートなどについて説明するので必ず出席すること。
配布する実験専用のノートを使用すること。事前に実験指針をよく読み，実験の目的・内容を把握した上で実験を始めること。事故を起こさないためにも実験中は必ず担当教員の指示に従うこと。実験によってはグラフ用紙，関数電卓などが必要であるので各自適切なものを持参すること。いくつかの実験では誤差の統計処理が必要である。

初回の実験ガイダンスに班分けを行う。実験課題の順番は班ごとに異なる。
また，初回の実験ガイダンスとは別に，7月中旬～下旬に化学科としての履修ガイダンスを行います。
本授業は選択科目であるため，科目の目的の理解や履修に当たっての心構えが重要です。
ゆえに，必ずこの履修ガイダンスに出席すること。
