EL2 is used as a practical opportunity to demonstrate the leadership skills learned in EL1, and to develop one's own leadership. Furthermore, through small group work and interaction with task supporters, students will acquire basic methods of dialogue with people who have different positions and opinions. This is an important subject that fosters the ability to dialogue and collaborate, which will be necessary for practical subjects from the second year onwards.
Students will primarily engage in projects where they propose plans to actual issues in small groups, with debriefing sessions.
(1) Practice your own leadership skills through group work.
(2) Learn the basics of communicating with people who have different opinions and positions.
(3) Learn how to make effective proposals that take into account the opinions and positions of stakeholders.
(4) Acquire skills to construct logical presentations based on facts.
(5) Reflect on the planning proposal project activities, considering what kind of teamwork was necessary to achieve results as a group and how each individual should have engaged with the team.

前回の授業内を理解していることを前提で次の授業が組まれており、提出された課題をもとにクラス内で学び合う授業なので課題提出は必須である。
また、毎回の授業がプレゼンテーションへのステップとなるので、特別な理由がない限り毎回授業に出席すること。欠席したとしても必ず課題を提出すること。
課題やチームでのグループワークで週に2～3時間程度は必要となる。
秋休み期間に、プロジェクトに関連する質問会を行う可能性がある。

EL１で学んだ自分なりのリーダシップを発揮する実践の場としてEL２を活用し、自らのリーダーシップを発展させる。さらに、少人数でのグループワークや、課題提供サポーターとの関わりをとおして、立場や考えが異なる相手との対話の基本的手法を身に着ける。2年次以降の実践科目等で必要となる対話・協働の力を育む重要な科目である。

実際の組織に対して、少人数のグループ単位で企画提案を行うプロジェクトと、その振り返りが授業の中心となる。

(3) ステークホルダーの意見や立場を踏まえた実効性のある提案の方法を学ぶ。
