For students who do not belongs to seminars, this course is intended to give a broad understanding of the various areas of sociology. This course allows for the development of insight about society appropriate for a sociology major.
Students select two of the five subjects presented at the beginning of the course, and are awarded credits based on completion of papers for each subject and by passing the oral exams. While preparing papers, students should consult with the professor on the each subject. Students should check the schedule in the R Guide/Canvas LMS and should keep the deadlines strictly.

演習に所属しない者が，社会学の諸領域を幅広く習得することにより，社会学士として実社会に出るにふさわしい見識を獲得することを目指す。

冒頭で提示された5課題のうち2つを選択して，それぞれ指定された課題レポートを作成し，口頭試問に合格することで，単位が認定される。学科の課題担当教員に相談しながら，課題レポートの作成を進める。スケジュール等についてはR GuideやCanvas LMSで適宜確認し，締切日は厳守すること。
