With the progress of globalization, the movement of people across borders is also becoming more diverse and active.
In this class, students learn about the history and current situation of global human migration, and aim to acquire the thinking and analytical skills to consider the problems and future of the changing global society and Japan society.
Currently, there are more than 3.5 million foreigners living in Japan. Learning about the history and current situation of human migration is important for living in today's globalized society.
In this class, we will understand the migration of people from the perspective of history, precedents in Europe, ethnic conflicts and refugees that have been increasing since the end of the 20th century, and the history and current situation of human migration in Japan. Video materials will also be used.

グローバル化の進展にともない、国境を越える人の移動も多様化・活発化しています。
この授業では、国境を越える人の移動の歴史と現状について学ぶことを通じて、変容するグローバル社会や日本社会の問題点や今後のあり方について考察できる思考・分析能力を身に着けることを目指します。

現在、日本には350万人を超える外国人が暮らしています。人の移動の歴史と現状を学ぶことは、グローバル化が進む現代社会を生きていくうえで大切なことです。
この授業では、人の移動について、歴史、ヨーロッパの先行事例、20世紀末から増えているエスニック紛争（民族紛争）と難民、日本のおける人の移動の歴史と現状から理解していきます。映像資料も用いる予定です。
