Students will work on their graduation theses by analyzing collected documents and data. Students will write their theses based on these.
In Thesis Writing Seminar 2, students will conduct surveys and choose methods to solve their chosen questions. For example, students may conduct surveys by analyzing newspaper and TV contents, interviewing media users, and conducting some questionnaire surveys. Students will design and conduct their surveys based on their subjects. Piecing together existing literatures will not be accepted as graduation thesis. Students must integrate their research findings in their graduation theses.
When writing their theses, students should not be too complacent about their ideas, nor should they parrot other people. Students should write their theses in persuasive manner.

卒業論文の完成に向けて，収集した資料やデータを分析するとともに，それを用いて論文を執筆する。
Students will work on their graduation theses by analyzing collected documents and data. Students will write their theses based on these.
卒業論文演習２では，自ら設定した問題を，どのような方法で解明していくかを決め，調査を行う。調査には，例えば，新聞の紙面分析やテレビの内容分析，あるいはメディア利用者の面接調査，質問紙調査などがあるが，自分のテーマに応じて，調査を設計し，実施する。既存の文献を単につぎはぎしただけのものは，卒業論文として受け取らないので，必ず自分自身で調査した内容を卒業論文に盛り込むこと。
論文執筆にあたっては，自分の考えを，決して独りよがりではなく，また他人の受け売りでなく，説得力ある書き方で書くことが必要である。

本授業は少人数の演習形式である。自分自身の卒論作成のために，計画的に執筆を進めることはもちろんのこと，他の履修者の発表に際しても，積極的に発言することが期待される。
全授業回のうち、７回以下のオンライン授業を実施する。オンライン実施回については授業支援システム（Canvas LMS等）で指示する。
