An introductory course to acquire the basics of comprehensive Korean language skills. As in the spring semester, it aims to enable beginning learners of the Korean language to understand its characteristics and to use the four skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) at a basic level.
Through training, students will learn to apply and use attributive forms, suffixes, irregular forms and more. They will gain the ability to deal with lengthier sentences (dialogue). In addition, they will boost their vocabularies to build on their basic abilities to understand spoken Korean, and do exercises to help them understand context and continue conversations even when they do not understand all the words.

朝鮮語の総合的な運用能力の基礎を身につけるクラス。春学期に引き続き、朝鮮語に初めて接する人が、その特徴を理解し、「読む・書く・聞く・話す」の４技能を基礎的なレベルで運用できることを目指す。

連体形やさまざまな接尾辞，変則活用などを応用して使うためのトレーニングを行う。ある程度長い文章（会話）についても対応することができるようにしていく。また，言葉に習熟して聞き取りの基本的な力を高めるとともに，知らない言葉があっても流れをつかんで会話を成り立たせることができるようにトレーニングを行う。
