This lecture aims to develop a further understanding of contemporary Chinese society from a multicultural perspective. Students are expected to cultivate a dialectical and flexible thinking to comprehend and analyze relevant issues in Chinese society and its relationship with other societies.
This lecture interprets the characteristics of contemporary Chinese society from various angles, including time, space, ethnicity, population, and ideology. It also compares the similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese societies. Through reading written materials and watching visual resources, students will deepen their understanding of relevant topics. Furthermore, a variety of methods such as discussions, presentations, and fieldwork will be employed to cultivate the ability to discover and solve relevant issues. In cording to assess the mastery of acquired knowledge and the ability to present new perspectives, there will be an individual oral presentation and report at the end of the semester.

本科目は、中国語検定試験２級合格以上, あるいはHSK５級、６級180点以上のレベルにある中国語学習者が履修することを想定した科目である。中国語母語話者は、本科目が中国語の運用能力の向上を主な目的した科目であることを理解した上で、履修申込すること。
