【Course Objectives】

To learn by experiencing the various life styles, cultures as well as social issues on site abroad.
To enhance communication capacity by engaging in cultural exchange, dialogue, collaborative work abroad.

【Course Contents】

Under the theme of social development and international cooperation, this course will provide learning opportunities in Bangladesh. Throughout the experiences gained from the overseas field study, students will acquire ability to construct research questions and to solve various problems. Literature survey before departure to the field is important, while exploring the new ideas in the field by unlearning what is learned by the literatures are equally important. Students are encouraged to construct their own and unique research questions and actively engage in learning.

Student selection will occur in the spring semester. Preparatory training, overseas field study and follow-up training will be carried out in the summer semester break. Please check the schedule in detail at the orientation meeting, or in the information on the field study courses posted on the College of Intercultural Communication's bulletin board.
