Students will reach an intermediate level of practical proficiency in French in preparation for their travel to a French-speaking country on the Overseas Study Program in the fall semester of their second year.
The class meets twice per week. As a rule, the instructor is a native speaker. Students will do comprehensive, practical exercises in speaking, listening and writing to give them the ability to apply their French skills to both daily life and study when they study abroad in France.
Excerpts from past language proficiency and certification exams will be used as complementary texts as the instructor moves through the lecture content below.

２年次秋学期の「海外留学研修」に向け，中級レベルの総合的なフランス語の実践的言語運用能力を養成する。

週２回の授業。原則として，ネイティヴ教員が担当する。留学した際，生活・学習両面で適応できるだけの能力を身につけておくため，口頭表現，聴解，作文などの訓練を総合的かつ実践的におこなう。
テキストとして，各種検定・資格試験の過去問からの抜粋を使用し，以下に挙げる内容を組み合わせて段階的に進めていく。
